The restaurant of "Transhumance & cie": mountain cuisine staged by the fireside

Open 7 days a week, the "Transhumance & cie" restaurant has taken over the old waiting room and the passenger hall at Bedous station. At the terminus of TER Pau-Bedous it is a cheerful and invigorating stop after the train, the hike or a day of work.
We want to offer our customers a sensational cuisine inspired mainly by farm products and the Bearn culinary heritage. We favor cooking over a wood fire so that your meal at "Transhumance & cie" is synonymous with a change of scenery and a return to the roots.
